Introduction to the instrument:
WT-608 automatic eddy-current flaw detector is a fully automatic dual-frequency eight channel digital eddy-current flaw detector integrating optical, electrical and mechanical functions. The workpiece is sent into the waiting area by translation, which can detect the inside, outside and end surface of the metal parts at the same time, automatic feeding and automatic sorting, and has an administrator mode and working mode to facilitate the management of the equipment. The whole equipment is divided into main control system, feeding system and mechanical transmission system. Fully enclosed control cabinet, open aluminum alloy frame transmission device, humanized human-machine interface dialogue, especially suitable for 100% inspection of metal parts.
